The core volleyball skills are hitting, serving, and passing. As athletes progress, we gradually introduce additional skills. Drills are designed to develop proper reactions, starting at a controlled pace and progressing in intensity and difficulty—stopping just short of where technique breaks down. We repeat exercises and add variations to refine and reinforce skill execution.
-
Our program is flexible — athletes are not required to attend the same time slot or class each week. They may attend any eligible classes based on their grade and skill level, as often as they like. Athletes who want faster progress typically train 3+ times per week.
We offer two pass options:
10-pass: expires in 6 months.
20-pass: expires in 12 months and may be shared among family members.

Indoor shoes are a must! A water bottle. Knee pads are recommended but not necessary. If they are relatively new to volleyball we would recommend a long sleeve shirt to practice in. It can take some time for them to learn to bump correctly, as such their arms can be sore as they learn.
It is usually the case that parents are able to stay and watch the practice depending on the location.
In Aurora and Markham, you are not permitted to enter the gym with outdoor shoes.

Our programs are organized by level. If your child is new, please register for their grade and Level 1. Only staff-approved athletes may enroll in Level 2 or above. If you believe your child is ready for a Level 2 (Intermediate) class, contact us and we’ll review their eligibility.
