  • Our program is organized by Level. If you’re new to our program, the system will allow you to book beginners only. If you want to attend a more advanced class, please call us at 289.803.9998 – we will screen you to see if you’re eligible to participate.

    Level 1 – Beginners

    Level 2 – Intermediate

    Level 3 – Advance

  • Yes! There are a lot of components involved in each skill. Each component will improve gradually over time. You’ll need to take the class several times for your muscle mechanics to learn and remember how to execute the skill.

  • We’ve designed our program to be the most flexible for parents and participants. Participants attend their respective level class as often as they are able, anywhere from 1-3x per week. When their skills progress we will re-assign them the intermediate tier.

  • Passes can only be shared between siblings and spouses on a 20 pass, or larger.
